Cough happens when the virus reaches the lungs and overwhelms them with the speed of multiply. in order to clean the passage from decaying cells lungs produce phlegm which helps in controlling the spread of the virus, problem starts when this defense shield also hinders the oxygen absorption by the body.

So as soon as you find yourself positive from covid, start gargling with lukewarm water and turmeric, Minimum 3 times a day, and especially before going to sleep.

Such infection leads to the swelling of the inner linings of nose and sinus. Inflammation caused by the virus increases seepage of fluid from the blood vessels into the lining of the nose and also into the nose. This leads to swelling up of nose lining resulting in blockage of airflow and a runny nose & sore throat.

For instant relief, you need to cleanse the nasal passage. and to do that sinus irrigation with neti pot is ideal. Its also studied that regular nasal irrigation helps in controlling the viral load in the nose.

These teapot-looking contraptions actually do wonders for clearing and cleaning nasal passages. Some people swear by them, especially since they get relief so quickly without using medication.

All you have to do is to lean forward over the sink, at about a 45-degree angle. Tilt your head so that one nostril is pointed down toward the sink. Don’t tilt your head back.

    Thank You. Turmeric seems to be helping me from experiencing the worst of Omicron symptoms………… so far. I had ALL the symptoms and happened upon this website just in time before things got out of hand. Feeling much better going on 2 days after taking your advice.
